For those who like living in inner city high rise apartments, but don’t like the idea of being separated by miles of concrete and double glazing. Fear not, because Deezer Properties and Porsche Design Group have teamed up to create the Porsche Design Tower currently under construction in Miami, Florida.
Features of the skyscraper include futuristic car elevators which whisk your vehicle up to fancy sky garages adjacent with the apartment so that your car is permanently within eye shot. Almost as pleasing a sight as the beautiful sea views the apartments offer!
The project, dubbed P’0001 has 57 floors and 132 condominium units and with its brushed steel, lacquer-black accents and smoked glass, the building cuts a stylish figure even by Miami’s standards. Condominiums range in price from $4.7m for a 4,750-square-foot unit (with two glass encased parking spaces) to $14.5m for 9,750 square -feet (with a garage that accommodates up to four cars).
The 650-foot-tall, $560m building is tipped to be the tallest oceanfront-condominium high-rise tower in the US when completed and, with such a unique selling point as personal apartment level garages, is sure to be a massive hit when it is finally unveiled in 2016.
